Pondering...

Well, I've been pondering a lot of things lately...

*Turning 36 - what does that mean, if anything?
*Teaching - I'm fortunate enough to have a full course load between my four campuses to take me through the end of the year - Yippee!!!
*Leadership - knowing when to let go and when to hang in there... lots of tumultous things happening but I just haven't sorted them out in my head yet.
